THREE WAYS TO HELP.
ONE USEFUL NEXT STEP.

Bring a technology, talent or market question—or a software need with a clear business goal. We establish what is known, what needs checking and the smallest useful scope: a decision, a shortlist or a defined build.

Three service families

One question.
Three ways to move it forward.

A case may require understanding a decision, finding and verifying a capability, or moving an already credible opportunity. Sometimes it needs more than one. We scope only what is necessary.

What you can engage us for

Three ways to serve the decision.

Decision Intelligence

Decision Intelligence

Know what matters before you commit.

“What should we know before committing time, money or engineering effort?”

For a bounded decision about a market, company, technology, competitor or opportunity, we frame the real question and compare available evidence. The scope may include sources, contradictions, realistic options and explicit unknowns.

What we do

Frame the decision, compare facts with claims, identify gaps and define the smallest useful next action.

What you may receive

A decision question, source and evidence map, key findings, contradictions, unknowns, options and a recommended next action. Deliverables depend on scope.

Illustrative questions: Should we enter this market? Which technology deserves a real test?

Capability Discovery & Verification

Capability Discovery & Verification

Find the right capability—and know what is actually supported.

“We know what we need. Who or what can actually do it?”

For a defined need, we identify and compare suppliers, technology systems, specialists and partners. To find senior agentic AI, machine learning and related candidates based in China, we work with independent headhunting partner YL Strategy. We compare available evidence with the brief and make remaining checks explicit.

What we do

Clarify requirements, find candidates, compare claims with evidence, identify fit and gaps, and define the appropriate test, RFQ or pilot step.

What you may receive

Requirements, a candidate shortlist, capability comparison, claim-to-evidence view, fit and gap assessment, unknowns and a test or outreach route. Deliverables depend on scope.

Boundary: Our evidence assessment is not legal certification or a performance guarantee. Physical inspection, formal compliance, regulated due diligence and specialist testing require separate scope where needed.

Illustrative questions: Which manufacturer can meet this requirement? Which AI system should we test? Which senior AI or ML candidate based in China fits this role?

Bridge Execution

Bridge Execution

Move a credible opportunity into a pilot, partnership or defined software build.

“We understand the opportunity. How do we make it move?”

Once there is enough evidence to act, we agree a bounded objective and carry it out. Depending on the case, that may be a qualified introduction, partner discussion, RFQ or pilot preparation, or the design and development of custom software for a specified need.

What we do

Define the objective, responsibilities and dependencies; coordinate the next action; and, when software is in scope, build and test against agreed acceptance criteria.

What you may receive

A qualified introduction, RFQ or pilot package, or working custom software with an agreed handover. Each case records dependencies, status and the next decision; deliverables depend on scope.

Boundary: No guaranteed sales, partnerships or market entry. Software requirements, acceptance and support are agreed before work begins. Legal representation, logistics and regulated engineering require separate scope.

Five areas of focus. One independent initiative.

AI & Technology Intelligence

Source-led research into AI, science, systems and markets; a comparison or evidence brief for a defined question.

Robotics & Advanced Hardware

Preliminary manufacturer scouting in China and capability comparisons. Remote research does not establish factory quality or industrial readiness; inspections and testing need separate scope.

Technical Talent Intelligence

Assess relevant public research, code and technical work against a specific brief. Availability, interest and credentials need direct confirmation.

Software, Agents & Verification · Artefact Forge

Scoped exploration of automation, AI agents, prototypes and software tests. Access, data, acceptance criteria and maintenance are agreed for each project.

AI-Assisted Video & Cinematic Production · Prelude Forge

Explore a defined creative brief through concept, script, visual development or a short prototype. Rights, reference material, tools and production feasibility shape the scope.

One case may cross the bridge

Use only the stages the case needs.

This is a possible path, not a required package. The rule is the smallest useful intervention.

Engagement standard

Define what should change before defining the work.

Engagements are scoped around the decision, required evidence and level of execution.

Illustrative questions
Not client cases

“We are considering a new market. What should we know before committing resources?”

Decision Intelligence

“We need a supplier or technology for a requirement. Who can meet it, and what is supported?”

Capability Discovery & Verification

“We have a credible partner. Help us move toward an RFQ, pilot or commercial discussion.”

Tell us what you are trying to understand, verify or make happen. We will determine whether The Unwritten Frontier can help, which service family applies and the smallest useful first step.
